How to make a booking?

We offer two options, 1st option you can get a instant quote on our site and complete the booking on line on Book now page or 2nd option you can submit a free quote enquiry on our free quote page and one of our friendly team will reply with the price in no less than 24 hours.
The booking is only completed when payment is made in full and you receive a confirmation letter

Payment?

We offer two payment options to secure your booking, 1st option you can pay the full amount for your journey or 2nd option you can pay 50% deposit via Paypal and the rest in cash to the driver at the end of your journey and we do except foreign currency (in cash) as final payment for option 2 you have to submit a free quote and one of our friendly team will contact you back.

PayPal?

PayPal is our payment processor and when you select to pay you will be given two options.
Option one you can pay using all major credit cards includes American Express, Amex, Visa, Master Card without joining Paypal for option 1 Click on (Pay with a debit or credit card). Option two to log into PayPal if you have a PayPal account all set up a PayPal account

How to make a cancellation?

For a booking we require up to 48 hours before the journey pick up time 100% refund, 24 hours before the journey would be a 50% refund and 12 hours before the journey no refund.
For the 16, 25, 35, 49 Seater minibuses we require minimum 14 days notice before the date for a 100% refund, 10 days before the journey would be a 50% refund and 7 days before the journey pick up day no refund.

I want to amend my booking?

If you wish to make a amendment to your booking we request a email or a telephone call, To change a pickup time we request minimum notice of 12 hours.

Where do we meet the driver at the Airport / Cruise Port?

Airport: We will Monitor the flight and our driver will only go into the terminal when the plane has landed and our driver will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit.
Cruise port: Our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside the cruise terminal at the specified pickup time.

My flight’s been delayed?

We monitor all flights and we will not send a driver into the terminal until the flight has landed and there will be no extra charges for flight delays.

What do I do if I cannot locate the driver?

Generally Airports and Cruise ports can be a very busy place so first thing that we recommend is that you have a good look around the terminal. If you are still not able to find your driver we provide you with a Free UK Number on the confirmation letter when you complete your booking and one of our friendly team will assist you in locating your driver.

Meet & greet service?

It is a piece of mind that you will not be charged any extra for waiting and parking in the airport or at the train station if you incur any delays in immigration or picking up your luggage it Include 2 hours free waiting time from the time of flight lands and all car park cost. Meet and greet service is only added to all airport and train stations pickups and it is a additional £10.

To secure my booking do I need to leave a contact number?

No, As we will give you a free UK number but if you wish to leave us a contact number we will except it and keep it safe and only use it if we need to contact you.
