  • Can I pay a 50% Deposit?

    We accept a 50% deposit for a transportation service if a booking is made within 30 days of the travel date the remaining balance can be paid on the day in cash to the Driver in the local currency GBP, if wanting to pay the remaining balance by credit card, please let the office know before the travel date and we will resend you another credit card link.
  • Can I convert the currency?

    Yes, you are able to select your local currency at checkout, and once you do this, the whole site will be converted into your local currency.
  • When should I make my reservation?

    We recommend making your reservation as early as possible to avoid disappointment. During busy periods, we block off dates to ensure we can provide the best service possible. To secure your spot and avoid any delays, please confirm your travel plans online without delay.
  • If booking online, is the reservation confirmed?

    All bookings are made online, and your reservation is confirmed once we receive either full payment or a 50% deposit. You will receive a booking voucher and a receipt of payment once the reservation is confirmed.

  • Do I have to show my voucher?

    No, you do not need to present a voucher  to the driver or our representative. We will always confirm your name and a few details upon arrival to verify your booking. However, it’s handy to keep a copy, digital or paper, of the voucher just in case you need to contact us, as the contact details will be provided on it.

  • Can I customise the service?

    Yes, you can! Contact us before making your online booking, and we’ll tailor the service to your needs before you complete the reservation. Additionally, bookings can also be made manually if preferred just reach out to our team for assistance.

  • Traveling with a wheelchair or walker?

    Please note that while our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible, we are able to transport foldable wheelchairs and walkers. If you're travelling with these, kindly inform us at the time of booking so we can allocate the appropriate vehicle. However, depending on the size of your wheelchair and the size of your group, the vehicle may need to be upgraded to a larger one for an additional charge. In most cases, this is possible. However, this will need to be confirmed before the travel date.

  • How many suitcases can our vehicles accommodate?

    We offer a range of vehicles to suit your needs, based on the number of passengers and luggage capacity:


    Sedan: Accommodates up to 3 passengers, 2 large suitcases, and 2 small suitcases.

    Minivan: Accommodates up to 4 passengers, 4 large suitcases, and 4 small suitcases.

    7-Seater Van: Accommodates up to 7 passengers, 7 large suitcases, and 7 small suitcases.

    8-Seater Van: Accommodates up to 8 passengers, 8 large suitcases, and 8 small suitcases (note that 2 passengers will sit up front next to the driver).


    Suitcase Size Guide:

    Large Suitcase: 24x16x10 inches / 62x43x26 cm (23 kg to 50 lbs)

    Small Suitcase (Carry-On): 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm (15 kg to 35 lbs)


    Note: If your suitcase is larger than the dimensions of a standard large suitcase, it will count as 2 large suitcases.


    Unless specified, we will allocate a vehicle based on the number of travelers. Should you need more space, feel free to inform us in advance.


    Larger vehicles Bus/Coaches are also available on request.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Yes, you can cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy is available during checkout for all products and services, providing details on timeframes and any applicable fees. If you have any questions or need assistance with your cancellation, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.
  • Do you provide baby boosters and child seats?

    By UK law, children’s car seats are not required when traveling in a private chauffeur vehicle. However, we can provide booster seats upon request. If you need a booster seat, please make sure to request it on the reservation form when booking your transfer to ensure we have the right seat ready for you.

  • Do we offer meet and greet at the airport?

    Yes, all of our Airport pickups include meet and greet service directly inside the airport terminal the driver will be holding a name board with your name.
