Introduction: ECMiniBus.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") provides services as outlined in customer orders, subject to the terms and conditions listed below. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please review them carefully before making any bookings.
1. Booking and Contractual Agreement:
- All bookings are made between the customer ("you") and ECMiniBus.com (the Operator). The Operator retains full responsibility for bookings and transport services, and this responsibility is not transferred to drivers or third parties.
- Each booking forms a contract between ECMiniBus.com and the passenger(s). For inquiries regarding your booking, please contact us directly.
- Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email. Please review this carefully and notify us of any discrepancies or required changes as soon as possible.
2. Flight and Schedule Information:
- While the Operator endeavors to verify flight details provided by the customer, we are not responsible for errors, cancellations, or schedule changes that may result in delays or losses.
- The Operator reserves the right to decline or terminate any booking that appears fraudulent.
3. Fares and Route Changes:
- The quoted fare is based on the original journey as described by the customer. Any deviations or additional stops will incur extra charges.
- Should a customer request a different route than the one chosen by the driver, additional charges may apply.
4. Driver Responsibility and Conduct:
- ECMiniBus.com is responsible for all drivers operating under the company, whether employed or contracted. For any driver-related queries, please contact us.
- Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their belongings. The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage. Drivers may assist with luggage at their discretion.
- Items left in the vehicle are at the passenger's risk, and returning items may incur additional fees.
5. Lost Property:
- Any property found in the vehicle will be stored for 28 days if the passenger cannot be contacted.
6. Seatbelt and Child Safety:
- All passengers must wear seatbelts. Children under 14 travel unaccompanied, but the Operator accepts no additional responsibility for unaccompanied minors.
7. Fulfilment Partners:
- The Operator may delegate certain obligations to Fulfilment Partners. In such cases, ECMiniBus.com will remain the principal contact and responsible for any issues.
- The Fulfilment Partner will maintain necessary insurance and legal compliance.
8. Delays and Cancellations:
- The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a vehicle delay exceeding 60 minutes, and if a replacement vehicle cannot be provided within 90 minutes, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
- If an alternative route is required due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, the Operator will not be liable for missed flights, events, or meetings.
9. Waiting Time and No-Show Policy:
- For pickups within London, a 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, a waiting charge of £0.60 per minute will apply.
- For airport pickups, the driver will wait up to 2 hours after flight landing, and up to 1 hour for train or cruise terminal pickups. Failure to meet the driver within this period or notify us of delays will result in a no-show charge.
10. Payment Terms:
- Payments can be made by cash, debit, or credit card. Card payments will be processed before or on the day of the journey.
- All prices quoted include VAT unless otherwise stated. The Operator reserves the right to adjust fares with a minimum of 5 business days' notice.
11. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made via email. Charges apply as follows:
- Up to 12 hours before: 100% charge.
- 24 hours before: 50% charge.
- 48 hours before: No charge.
- For minibus/coach bookings (16+ seats), cancellations require 14 days' notice for a full refund, 10 days for a 50% refund, and no refund for cancellations within 7 days.
- Any attraction tickets that ECMiniBus.com purchase on behalf of the clients is subject to the terms and conditions of the attractions ticket office and ECMiniBus.com is not responsible for their terms and conditions and any cancellations, amendments, and late arrival.
12. Liability and Damages:
- The Operator is not liable for any loss of use, data, or profits arising from the use of the site or services.
- Passengers deemed a nuisance or danger will be refused travel without a refund. Damage caused to vehicles by passengers will be charged to the booking customer.
13. Special Dates and Seasonal Fares:
- Fares on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, and January 1st will be 50% higher due to limited driver availability.
14. Luggage and Passenger Limits:
- Passengers must inform the Operator of the number of passengers and luggage items at the time of booking. Excess passengers or luggage may require additional vehicles and incur extra charges.
- Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 24x16x10 inches / 62x43x26 cm (23 kg to 50 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Travelling with suitcase with dimensions bigger than the big suitcase will be considered as 2 big Suitcases.
- By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked.
15. Animals in Vehicles:
- Passengers must notify the Operator in advance if they intend to travel with animals. Animals must be transported in appropriate carriers. Guide dogs are exempt from this requirement.
16. Site Accuracy and Liability:
- The Operator strives to provide accurate information on its website but does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party services like Google Maps. Customers are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals for any personal, medical, legal, or financial advice.
17. Data Protection and Privacy:
- The Operator does not store credit card information or share customer data with third parties. All customer information is kept confidential.
18. Complaints:
- The Operator takes complaints seriously and requests that all complaints be submitted via email. We will respond as soon as possible.
