The minibus pick-up procedure will be slightly different from small cars pick-up. It all depends on the cruise terminal that you come into and how the ground staff at the cruise terminal feels on the day. Two things will happen, If the ground staff at the cruise terminal have a bad day they won't let the driver come out of the minibus to meet you, therefore, you will have to walk up to the minibuses to try to find your name on the board that will be displayed on the front of the bus, which will be parked up next to the cruise terminal. If the ground staff at the cruise terminal are having a good day, they will let the minibus driver walk up to the cruise terminal to meet you and the driver will be holding a name board with your name at the scheduled pickup time.
We require a minimum of 5-day's notice from the travel date to adjust the pickup time.
The minibus can only hold a maximum of 14 Big suitcases & 14 Small suitcases.
If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.
