      • The prices are based on 1 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 1 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 1 to 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.

This must be purchased and pre-booked before visiting Highclere Castle, you will not be allowed on the ground if you do not have a pre-booked ticket. Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.
