      • This service will start from the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have been informed by the passenger that they will no longer require the service.

      • This Service is available only in London, (within the limit of 40 Miles per every 4 hours of the Service), the Service can go out of London for an additional charge which will be provided on the voucher once the booking has been completed.
      • This service will start from the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have informed the driver that they will no longer require the service. If the service exceeds the set amount of hourly allowance or requires additional hours, the additional costs will be charged at £55 per hour for the Sedan and minivan, £65 per hour for the Van, payable to the driver at the end of the service in cash or credit card (4% Credit card transaction fee). This service is available only in London, (within the limit of 40 Miles per every 4 hours of the Service), the service is able to go out of London for an additional charge of £10 per hour. Going over the 40 Miles will be charged at 45p per mile, payable to the driver at the end of the service in cash or credit card (4% Credit card transaction fee). To get a full estimate on if there would be any additional charges please let us know your itinerary. Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time.
